Previously, Kam has held Senior Commercial positions in Astellas Pharma Europe, Thomson Reuters and Eli Lilly. Kam is also Mentor/Coach at Cambridge University Judge Business School (Accelerate), Henley Business School and Imperial College IVMS.
Dr. Päivi Maria Paldánius

Päivi is a medical expert, visionary scientist and innovative trialist whose unique research approaches and outcomes have guided the practice of medicine. Päivi brings over two decades of medical leadership experience, in academia and pharma industry, and she holds a medical doctorate (PhD) in paediatric endocrinology from Children’s Hospital, University of Helsinki, Finland, and research-oriented medical degree (MMedS) from Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden.

Adrian is currently a Director/Chairman of; Objective Imaging Ltd; Inotec AMD Ltd, Boundary Capital LLP; AB-Polyblok Ltd, Ivy House Country House Hotel; and Chairman of two charitable trusts; Redlist Revival & Radiates.
